1 - FSSAI Registration
FSSAI stands for the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. It is an autonomous body which is established under the Ministry of Health And Family Welfare. In India, if you want to carry any business related to food, then you have to get a FSSAI license. For obtaining this license you have to register your business with FSSAI. This body sets some standards for food production and its selling. You have to follow hygiene standards during the manufacturing and selling of products.
2 - Register your business with Udyog Aadhar Or MSME
Register your online food delivery business with Udyog Aadhar. Udyog Aadhar is 12 digit unique numbers which are issued by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
3 - Trademark Registration
If you want to secure your brand name and logo then you should do your Trademark registration. Trademark will give you protection and if anyone infringes your rights then he will become liable under trademark law and he will give you compensation.
4 - GST Registration
GST registration is mandatory for those whose turnover is more than 20 lakh rupees and in some states limit is 10 lakh rupees. In the case of failure of GST Registration, you will become liable under GST laws.
5 - PAN card registration
