- Logging in to your account – First, you need to register your self at the income tax e filing portal, if you are not already registered. Then Log in to the e-Filing portal of the Income Tax Department by entering the username & password. Next, After logging in to the site, a pop-up window will appear prompting you to link your PAN card with Aadhaar card. If you do not see the popup, then there is an option in the blue bar Profile Settings and click on Link Aadhaar. Now you need to fill your Details such as name, DOB and gender. All these details are Verify y the details of Aadhar card which you mentioned in your Aadhaar card. If the entire details match with your Aadhaar details, then enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code and click on the “Link now” button for submitting details.
